This product came as advertised. It was on time and in perfect shape. I opened it, read the manual, and forgot about it. Then we had a short trip to take so I tossed it in to take along with us.It is small enough that it isn't in the way underfoot. I do not like the little portable inverters that stick out of the cig lighter. This one has a nice long cord. My daughter used it for her laptop. Everything works great. I've not tried it for anything else yet, thus the 4 stars.The only con that I have is that I like robust, over-engineered hardware. This inverter has a plastic housing. But I knew that when I purchased it. The price was right, which I suspect was due in part to the plastic housing.I would like to buy one for every vehicle.
