Tripp-Lite TRIPS-A-LOT
By C. Beall
Worked okay for about 3 months, and then started shutting itself down, with no warning, no beeping, nothing. Just shuts down. Starts right back up when you press the ON button, but will shut down again in a day, or in a week, or in two weeks, no rhyme or reason, just whenever it feels like it. Need an UPS for this UPS!!

Another randomly shutting off AVR750 :(
By S. Chwalisz
I have been a big Tripp Lite fan in the past. I decided to buy this to replace an old APC which lasted 3+ dependable years on the original battery. In the last 19 months, I have walked in to my computer room to see my computer completely shut off and would not power on.I had to crawl under my computer desk to press and hold the on button. I thought UPS units are for preventing power failures, NOT providing it's own power failure. My battery has now failed in less than 2 years and still under warranty. After reading other reviews...I would NEVER get it replaced. Computers are too expensive to be killed by a UPS shutting down all the time. Do yourself a favor...read other reviews on this unit. Sorry Tripp Lite.I just bought an APC. I feel a big weight lifted off my shoulders.

Randomly Shuts Down for No Reason (as pointed out by other reviewers)
By T_Willy
Bought this unit and within a year, it was randomly shutting down for no reason. Contacted Tripp-Lite, and as it was still under warranty, they shipped me a new one. Within a month the new unit started to spontaneously shut down with no warning. Now, when it shuts down, there is NO POWER being sent as backup, so this product fails to do what it's designed to do. Even if it has a design flaw (which I seriously think it does), and it shuts itself down, it should still provide batter backup during those times. If you think this would be the case, you would be wrong!Stay away from this product. Stay away from this product. I'd say it a 3rd time, but you get the point!
