when you stick it in the wall in the USA, you have to use the small adapter, and it doesn't hold, it falls down.I use it for my computer speakers and once in a while I get electric ticks that I hear in the speakers.

What can I say, it's a voltaje converter. I sent it to Chile so my mother-in-law could use it with a 110V gas detector. The fellow who installed had no problems.
