Do Not Rely On This Product !

Purchased first unit in February of 2012, arrived DOA. After first contact with Customer Service, they wanted me to pay for return shipping for this (heavy) defective unit. We finally got that straightened out and after 2 or 3 weeks (!) a replacement unit arrived, which worked out of the box. However, here we are in December 2012 and the second unit will not take a charge at all. Some real quality control problems with this company and product.

Stickers peeling, Dirty, Does not work. when i plug it in, it won't even charge what so ever! Very upset!

I want to returned this product ,because the Wagan EL2509 battery jumper will not charge. How can I returned this for a trade. This do not work
