Although the quality of the Sun Power products is top notch, do not buy these for off grid usage WHERE YOU WANT TO ATTACH IT TO THE HOME (disconnected from the grid) wiring using the single phase, 240 volt buss bars on the panel. These are NOT pure sine wave inverters and no attempt should be made to use them in this manner!This info was found out the hard (and expensive) way.

I have 2 units that are pumping a well pump with close to 10kW startup power and it works! The negative is that the interconnecting controls are so sensitive that I had to isolate that ground.
