The Ar-1000 voltage Transformer received was not as seen in the pictures , the color is Black and it only has three outlets on the front and not four as seen in the picture. The main issue was when received it was not working at all. Once it was plug the power light came on but there was no out put from the outlets.Now i just want to bring to your attention why all items should be tested before delivery , I work on a cruise ship , this means , item ordered from Amazon will have to be shipped to our head office in Miami and send to the ship by our head office. If a crew member order an item and its not working , its a long process just to get it off the vessel for return.So once I received the transformer and it was not working ,I was worried.Any way I thought about it for a few days what was the best thing to do , I even take a look at the return policy. Eventually I decided to have our Electrican man on board take a look , once open we observe that there were broken loose cable inside, these were sardered back in place and then the transformer was in working conditions. There is one issue I observe buying items from Amazon , if its a prime item , the delivery is on time , if its not a prime item on several occassion the item get lost and ended up at the wrong address.

The item I received was not the item I ordered. The item I received did meet my requirements in both maximum amps and the number of outlets. The 2 of the 3 outlets it has are for Europe not the US. Since the cost to return it to China was almost the cost of the item I just tossed it in the trash.
