I used this power adapter traveling from the USA to Europe for charging my cell phone and laptop, and it worked very well. Easy to pull apart the adapter you need. It is compact and lightweight so it can fit easily in your backpacks and laptop bags. Although it is a great adapter, you have to make sure your electronics and appliances can handle the voltage difference. This power adapter will work without conversion on anything that can take 220v. Most laptops, phones, etc. can handle that voltage.
