I don't know how genuine this power adapter is - it does have 'Lynksys' written on it but it doesn't really matter. What counts is that it replaces the burned out one (electrical storm damage) that came with my Lynksys router and THIS makes me very, very happy.Yes, it shipped from China and it took it about one week to get here but I am grateful I was able to get it after my interaction with Lynksys/Cisco's absolutely horrible customer support team - they actually REFUSED to sell me a replacement adapter because my router was no longer under warranty and gently advised me to try to get one from eBay. So, yes, Roku was more than happy to sell me a replacement adapter and it took me 2 minutes to order one from their Web site. Cisco/Lynksys kept transferring me from one representative to another only to tell me that I was on my own. Unbelievable.Anyways, this one works as advertised. It's not as pretty as the original but it supplies 12V 2A to my router and this is all what I wanted.So, the main points:- ships from China and it took it one week to get here- works as advertised- I am happy now
