I have a 12v. air pump that I use for pumping up my 9 foot pontoon boat. I didn't want to always use my car battery~~~especially at home! I purchased a different model that didn't have enough wattage. The pump barley ran. I switched to this model and now my pump runs at a high rate of speed, I have much more flexability of location, and I'm not wearing out my car battery. It runs very smoothly, and has an internal fan to keep it cool.

I have an air pump that requires 15Amp of power. This one is the only one I have found to have this kind of power. Most others are 5 or 10 Amp at best. It's been working great!

I bought this as a companion to a tire inflator so I wouldn't have to power it from my car's battery when I was at home. Good quality product. I've probably used it 20 times and have had no problems. Does what it says. Doesn't overheat, even after extended use.
