Exact Replacement, Excellent Customer Service at Amazon!!!

After a little glitch with shipping information, Anantha K.C at customer service got me this item the next day. This inverter/charger is an exact replacement for the stock unit in my Monaco coach. The original smoked fuses after a power surge damaged it during a storm while on shore power.I pulled the bottom unit by disconnecting the two AC and two DC feed wires, then removed two screws holding the board in place in the slide out tray. I did the same with the installed original and swapped in the new unit. The whole procedure took less than two hours. Yes, I could have purchased the bottom unit alone for about $40 less, but I had no idea how to get it apart and used the new unit to find out. A very good investment -- mistakes made on it showed me the easy way to install the new part.

The Parallax power supply is an exact replacement for the existing unit in the RV. It fit right the first time, and worked.

I installed it and it worked. I don't know what else I can say about this product other than it works. But Amazon won't let me submit the review until I type enough words. So there it is.
