totally satisfactory product, exceptional quality

This is a superior product in every category - design, finish, and performance. The manual is a model of clarity, and install and setup went without a hitch. Mounting the unit, due to the weight, posed a problem, but only because I installed it in a closet, so had to mount a winch temporarily, as the otherwise required number of people could not fit in the install space. Fortunately, the unit is well balanced, so single point suspension worked fine, and the case is unbelievably sturdy so attaching was trouble-free as well.
