doesn't work

In all fairness to Aims, they do stand behind these inverters with refund or replacement. The problem is that the inverters do not work right out of the box. Some customer support, but NO quality control. 3 of the 4 inverters I tried this year did not work, and the buyer has to pay return shipping and these things are pretty heavy. Save yourself the money and trouble and buy a better machine.
