End up not using it as it trips the whole apartment's electricity every 10-15 minutes

I bought it to use it for my USA based TV 110v. To my surprise, every 10-15 minutes, it would take such a high load that it would trip entire apartment's electricity and it becomes highly inconvenient.Also, it's not like that once it tripped the electricity it's just going and fixing it. Sometime it would keep it doing continuously, you turn the power on and it trips the entire flat's electricity.Based on my experience, I understand now that it was a bad choice to buy a Heavy Duty Regulator from here when you are not going to get any service in abroad.

quite and works

it works really quite compare to similar units I owned. I highly recommend. Although I have not tested to see max watt it can handle. I do not see any trouble with it either.
