Item as described - good customer service

Model type, manufacturer and specifications were an exact match for a replacement power supply. Unfortunately the DC Connector size was an inexact match and the item could not be pressed into service. So the only option was to purchase an overpriced replacement from the original equipment manufacturer - bummer. Submitted a request for a return authorization and they generously offered to try and provide a replacement model, but were unable to accommodate me. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous - a quick refund was issued on the purchase. Excellent customer service. Just make certain to check the DC connector is a correct fit before ordering this item.
