Had to repair unit!

The Circuit breakers were loose. The circuit board had bad solder joints and solder over flw which caused the DC to trip.

After getting the first unit with a broken latch for the cover, I called and tried to get this nickel part sent so I could repair. No big deal, but they insisted on sending a whole new unit which came overnight. great response time. I installed in my camper and it works like a charm. Highly recommend

Unit failed in same manner as many others have reported-at end of warranty period, or shortly after warranty period has expired. 12V stage failed the night before we left for a 6 week road trip with our popup. Will not pursue warranty resolution. Shipping is expensive, and warranty is full of "ifs"; if unit has been exposed to voltage spikes, if unit has been abused, etc. Will absolutely not purchase another Parallax product.
