The inverter attaches directly to a 12v DC battery supply. It has the ability to power on high load devices. It has durable reinforced panels on the interior which allows for the unit to be used in vehicles as well as the home. Designed with the best quality components inside, all high grade resistors/transistors.

this company should not be on the amazon website at all

i bought the royal power inverter back in march took the extra step to find the right spot for the unit perfect ventilation far away from water and moister hide from sun light an seen the all the hard work paid off BUT 6 weeks later the led light that said power inverter fault came on to protect the investment I have not use it.I try to contact this company by phone , email and any other source possible and weeks later the company only provided a new phone number witch I all ready call a least 15 times but the only answer is the voice mail ATTENTION BUYERS BE WARE don't buy from them you will be very very disappointed with this please stay away from them unless you live in CANADA and willing to chase this company don't buy from them.

Customer service needs help!

My 6000 watt Inverter/converter died while it was still under warrenty (1 year) I tried and tried to reach "remarkable customer service". The voice mail box was always full.Ultimately I got through by email. Their technician, David was very helpful. I sent my unit in, and received a brand new unit promptly.Seems like the biggest hurdle is getting through to this company.The second unit works fine, and seems to be well constructed.
